Daniel Eskinazi is the CFO of JFL Realty, the leading investor and manager of multifamily real estate properties in Brazil. He has over fifteen years of principal investing experience, having led Darby/Franklin Templeton's private debt investment strategy in Brazil for ten years and worked with GEF Capital and Electra Private Equity in São Paulo. Daniel is a founding member of ABVCAP's (Brazilian VC & PE Association) Private Credit Committee and holds a bachelor in economics from Brandeis University and masters degrees in both economics and finance from the Université of Lausanne.

Jonatas has 18 years of experience in financing with a focus in agricultural/commodity markets. He started his career at Banco do Brasil (export trade finance) and later worked at WestLB bank (commodity derivatives), Cargill (trading and financing), Noble Agri (risk management), Syngenta (structured finance) and Ecoagro (securitisation), until the foundation of Leaf Capital in 2018.

In addition, Jonatas has been a member of different associations related to agriculture credit and commodity trading: Bovespa's Agricultural Trading Consulting Chamber during 2010-12, Risk Committee of SJC Bioenergy (Cargill's sugarcane joint-venture) during 2011-12, Association Brazilian Securitised Real Estate and Agribusiness (ABSia) during 2016-17, and currently leads the Agriculture Credit vertical at the Brazilian Association of Fintechs (ABFintechs).

Jonatas graduated from the University of London with a degree in Business Management, with additional specialisation courses in Finance and Agriculture Operations.

Vivian Lee is partner, portfolio manager and credit strategies co-CIO at Ibiuna Investimentos since 2020. From 2013 to 2020, she was a research analyst and co-portfolio manager of credit funds at Itau Asset Management (BRL 220 billion under management), where she played an active role in structuring private placement deals that amounted to BRL 20 billion over the years. Between 2007 and 2013, Vivian worked at Itaú BBA, where she started out coordinating the credit modeling area (2007-2010) and then joined the credit analysis team (2010-2013). From 2002 to 2007, she worked at Banco Santander’s products department, having participated in the launch of new products and structured transactions for the corporate segment. Vivian started her career at BankBoston in 2000 in the Credit and Capital Markets area (specialized industries). She holds a Business Administration degree from FGV, a Graduate degree in Banking from Fundação Dom Cabral, a Master’s degree in Finance from Insper and the CFA and CGA certifications.
