Julio Ramundo is the Corporate Finance Director at Suzano, in charge of Treasury, Credit, Insurance and M&A. In this position, he has supervised recent Capital Markets and Loan transactions, including the recent Suzano’s 2031 Sustainability-Linked Bond. Previously to joining Suzano, Julio served for more than fifteen years in various executive positions at BNDES, including five years as Senior Executive Director leading both the corporate finance for industrial projects and the equity (BNDESPAR) divisions. During his career, he served as a member of the Board of private and publicly listed companies. Julio holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from UFRJ (1992) and an MBA from the London Business School, University of London (2001).

José De Luna actualmente Titular de la Unidad de Crédito Público, cuenta con 25 años de experiencia profesional en el sector financiero. Ocupó el cargo de Titular de la Unidad de Banca de Desarrollo de la Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público de diciembre de 2018 al 31 de julio de 2019. Asimismo, laboró por 20 años en el Banco Mundial, dirigiendo equipos de trabajo en más de 37 países en proyectos relacionados con regulación bancaria, remesas, banca de desarrollo y finanzas internacionales. Fue Director Ejecutivo en Financiera Rural – en licencia temporal del Banco Mundial (2007 a 2010); y Director (1994 a 1997) y Asesor del Vicepresidente (1991 a 1992) de la Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores.

José De Luna es licenciado en Administración Pública por El Colegio de México y Doctor en Economía Política por la Universidad Libre de Berlín, Alemania. Es autor de numerosas publicaciones en finanzas internacionales. En el año 2000 ganó el segundo lugar en el premio Jacques de Larosiere al mejor ensayo en finanzas internacionales otorgado por el Institute of International Finance.
