Director of Investment Banking at Banco Sabadell. He previously served as
head of “Debt Capital Markets” in Citibanamex originating, structuring and
placing debt for 15 years (2002-2016).
He has participated in transactions of International Bonds, Securities
Certificates, Sustainable Bonds Securities Mezzanine Debt, IPO’s of Bonds
(GDNs, Foreign Issuers, Europesos) as well as at Equity Research at Accival as
head of the Specialized Retail sector for 5 years (1996-2000).
Francisco is an Industrial Engineer from Universidad Iberoamericana, and has
an MBA at ESADE / NYU in Finance; developing his academic knowledge in the
United States, Canada, Spain and Mexico.

Aaron E. Franklin

Aaron Franklin works with companies to integrate their Environmental Social Governance (ESG) performance and strategy into their financings, including structuring and executing green bonds, sustainability-linked loans and related instruments.
Aaron Franklin has more than five years experience in sustainable finance, previously serving as the Global Coordinator for Sustainable Capital Markets for a major international law firm and subject matter expert for all sustainable financings, and more than 10 years experience in international finance.
Aaron has executed many sustainable finance transactions, including green bonds and loans for clients ranging from some of the largest corporate issuers to diversified high-yield companies as well as the first-ever bond with an interest rate adjustment linked to achieving a sustainability performance target. Aaron publishes frequently on topics related to sustainable finance and has served on the Advisory Council to the Green Bond Principles Executive Committee.
Aaron’s key expertise is in structuring and drafting sustainable finance frameworks; identifying material KPI and setting ambitious sustainability performance targets in sustainability-linked loans, and analysing of industry trends and developments.
Aaron has a B.S. from Cornell University focusing on international development and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Centre.

As Head of Sustainable Investing, she brings an integrated portfolio management lens to the investigation of the Environmental, Social and Governance practices of global organizations that access developed credit markets. Previously, Ms. Falsarone served as Vice President of Global Investments in the office of the CIO at Citigroup, responsible for portfolio allocation of strategic co-investments as well as international client advisory. Ms. Falsarone was also a quantitative strategist on Citigroup's institutional desk in San Francisco. She started her career as an investment banker with Credit Suisse. Ms. Falsarone is a Governance Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors, a Standards Advisory Group member of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), and a member of the UN PRI Advisory Committee on Credit Risk. Ms. Falsarone is an alumna of Stanford University, the MIT Sloan School of Business and the Bocconi University School of Economics.

He has also taught at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Universidad de Chile, and has published macro-related research.
