Argentina issues US$1.57bn in T-Bills, Sipchem issues a SAR1bn 5-year sukuk and Hyflux in Oman receives a US$185mn project finance facility.

Sipchem issued a SAR1bn (US$266.6mn) 5-year sukuk priced at 235bp over 6-month SAIBOR. The transaction was arranged by Riyad Capital and NCB Capital.

Hyflux's subsidiary in Oman has received a US$185mn project financing facility to fund the Qurayyat Independent Water project. The facility was provided by Clifford Capital, Mizuho and Standard Chartered.

Rolta India missed a debt repayment of US$6.8mn on its US$127mn foreign currency bond due in 2018.

Avtodor, the motorway construction company, is rumoured to be planning a RUB20bn (US$303.5mn) bond.

Argentina issued US$1.57bn in dollar-denominated Treasury bonds, or Letes, with maturities of 90, 167 and244 days.
