ENOC secures loan from ICBC – Ooredoo prices US$500mn notes – Telefonica del Peru issues local debt

Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC) secured a US$230mn 5-year loan from ICBC.

Ooredoo prices US$500mn 5-years notes at UST+227bp to yield 3.75%. The notes were issued as part of the company's US$5bn MTN programme.

The Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (Taqa) issued a dual-tranche US$1bn bond, with US$500mn 5-year notes yielding 3.625% and US$500mn 10-year notes yielding 4.375%. The notes will be used to repay existing debt maturing in October this year.

Togo based West African Development Bank issued a US$750mn 5-year Eurobond, carrying a yield of 5.75%. Total offers reached US$1.8bn for the bond.

Telefonica del Peru issued PEN260mn (US$80mn) in 7-year bonds with a yield of 6.66%, alongside PEN70mn in 12-month notes.

NLMK issued a US$700mn 7 year Eurobond with a 4.5% coupon. Deutsche Bank, ING, JP Morgan and Societe Generale were JLMs.
