This has also resulted in an increased appetite for long-term investment in the region’s energy infrastructure. We spoke with Jose de Jesus Rodriguez, CFO at Gas Natural Mexico who discussed his company’s recent experience in raising capital through the bond market, how local legal reform has helped stoke interest in engery infrastructure investment, and long-term DCM prospects in the region.
